About Tiny

Tiny is a Barcelona-based dance community for people who want to connect, unwind and find joy from within.

We use freestyle movement, dance and somatic expression to help people get out of their heads and back into their bodies. No phones. No boosters. No need to perform. Just music, movement and people being themselves.

What started as Tiny Party has grown into a wider family of sessions. Tiny is our regular practice. Tiny Party is our seasonal gathering — a few times a year. Online classes keep the community moving from wherever people are.

The idea is simple: joy is not something we need to chase outside ourselves. Sometimes we just need a space to remember where it lives.

Find Us

We run sessions across Barcelona, including Poblenou, central locations and partner studios around the city.

We also host online classes for people joining from elsewhere.
